As Rudholm’s third US location — after Los Angeles and New York — it delivers fast, flexible solutions from our 18,000-square-foot facility in Henderson, Nevada. Everything is printed, converted and shipped locally, so you can move quicker with full control.

With rising freight costs, longer lead times and the advantage of skipping import tariffs, more brands are rethinking their packaging supply chains and turning to local production as a smart, strategic move.
Our Nevada hub meets that need, giving US brands faster access to premium custom-made packaging, produced and delivered with full local control. Using high-performance water-based or digital UV inks, our team produces:
· Flexo-printed recycled LDPE poly mailers
· Digitally printed recycled LDPE poly mailers
· Flexo-printed recycled LDPE polybags
Responsible Materials, Real Impact
In the US, we combine technical performance with real progress in material sourcing. We are committed to sourcing 100% of the recycled polyethylene (PE) used in all US manufactured products from RCS / GRS-certified raw-material suppliers by 2030.
This forms part of a global initiative to strengthen traceability and raise material standards across our supply chain.
At our Nevada hub, that means poly mailers and polybags are not only made locally but are also aligned with our wider goals for certification, accountability and material responsibility.
These products are recyclable in most countries. And if they end up in landfill, those treated with the BDP® biodegradable additive will naturally decompose within a few years (Intertek testing — ASTM D5511 standards).
